What differentiates you from your competitors?
We’re glad you asked! A few things actually:
Do you do any technical implementations?
We focus our efforts on the strategy and design aspects of our solutions. However, we have a number of partners who are better equipped to handle the technical aspects for you, and we’d be happy to bring them to the table in order to give you a turn-key solution.
So, if you don’t do the implementations, can I expect that your solutions will be “implementable” by our IT department or our preferred vendor?
Another great question! The answer is, “Absolutely.” All of our solutions are grounded within the capabilities of the technology. We come from the world of implementations (we used to do them, but we decided to re-focus our energy), and we pride ourselves on our deep technical knowledge and our ability to incorporate it into our solutions.
Will you be able to recommend a technology for my organization?
Sure we can, but we have our biases and will acknowledge them up front. We have seen “the good, the bad, and the ugly” with most of the major players and many of the smaller ones as well, but we don’t claim to be industry analysts. Once we understand your needs, we would be happy to recommend a technology for you.
You’re not on my company’s Preferred Vendor List…why should I go through the extra hassle?
Simply: because we’ll make it worth your while. We are the best at what we do and we’ll make you look like a genius! Plus, we’ll teach you along the way, so if you aren’t actually a genius already, you will be by the time we’re finished. Oh, and we won’t empty your pockets doing it.
Are you expensive?
Compared to your landscaper, maybe, but compared to our competitors, definitely not. We don’t have the overhead of some of the larger consulting companies, nor do we assign junior associates to our projects, so you only pay for the few, highly-skilled experts who work directly on your project to bring you the best solution possible.
