Scott Liewehr

Scott leads the Strategy Practice at onesta and works with our clients to develop intranet and content management strategies and roadmaps to ensure they achieve their maximum potential. He also mentors our clients to build the internal knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the success of their vision in the longer term, based on his philosophy that such knowledge must be maintained in-house in order to adapt to the ever-changing environment and needs of an organization.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the world of consulting and the web, Scott founded onesta in 2006 with the vision of creating a different kind of consulting company: one which focuses on providing superior expertise and services on just a few tightly-related subjects in order to create significant value for clients in an efficient, seamless manner. He has served as an executive and strategist for the past eight years of his career, working primarily with Fortune 100 companies and government agencies. He is a recognized thought leader in the field, serving as a Senior Analyst for Web Content Management at The Gilbane Group and speaking or conducting workshops regularly on the subjects of web content management, web 2.0 in the enterprise or user-oriented intranets. Scott also serves as an elected member of the Board of Directors of CM Pros, the international community of practice for Content Management Professionals.

Scott's energy and enthusiasm continues beyond his work as well... He serves on the Board of Directors for the School for Language and Communication Development in Long Island, NY, and he enjoys anything which keeps him physically active; from martial arts to snowboarding, strength training to playing with his two boys. Oh, and he is also a [maniacal] fan of his beloved Chicago Bears and Cubs.

Despina Papadopoulos

Despina is onesta's principal troubleshooter and problem solver, working closely with the Strategy Team to translate strategies into practical solutions. As head of the User Experience Practice, Despina and her team bring together users, stakeholders and IT developers, facilitating their communication through common language and guiding needs towards goals.

Her fifteen years of experience in the fields of information design and business analysis have seen Despina develop solutions with some of the world's foremost technology innovators. She was Head of Information Design at IBM's Innovation Centre in New York and later at ibm.com. Today, Despina is also an Adjunct Professor with New York University Tisch School of Arts' Interactive Telecommunications Programme.

When not inventing and problem solving, Despina practices her jab and upper cut at a Manhattan boxing gym. Quieter moments are found creating wearable technologies and tending her Brooklyn garden.
